During Summer 2023, Jake interned with Guthrie Development Company as a Property & Project Management Intern between his junior and senior year of college. He worked on many different aspects of the business from general administrative duties & property inspections to working on service contracts, due-diligence for potential property acquisitions, & preparing association budgets for the next fiscal year.

After graduating “magna cum laude” from Biola University in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, he started work with Guthrie Development Company once again to work on different projects that will accelerate revenue growth as well as drive customer & investor satisfaction.

At Biola University, Jake completed many different business and finance projects which demonstrated his ability in the business world. Jake is also currently working towards his California Real Estate Salesperson’s license.
