With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, Luz Hernandez has built a strong foundation across both financial operations and property management support. Beginning as a Junior Accountant and advancing to a Senior Accountant role over five years at Proforma Plus, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate industry.

Throughout her career at Proforma Plus, Luz has managed a wide range of responsibilities including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Her expertise includes preparing CAM reconciliations, developing and managing property budgets, and performing detailed bank reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting and operational planning.

In addition to her accounting background, Luz has experience as a Facility Coordinator, where she supported day-to-day property management operations, vendor coordination, and tenant needs. This combined experience provides a well-rounded perspective, allowing her to effectively align financial management with operational performance.
